What does a fast car have in common with the fastest Mac Mini? Well, not much really but they do make a great couple. The first merge of a Porsche Cayman S with a Mac Mini has happened in Los Angeles by Nasi Peretz, an engineer from USC. Turning on the ignition of the Porsche makes the terrifying exhaust sound that scares most women and at the same time in the background you hear the typical turn-on chime from an Apple machine emitted from the speakers. |

Porsche 998 We are finally able to show you a long awaited first impression of the next generation Porsche 911, known as the new Porsche 998. This impression was based on a spyshot, included as well in this article, but altered with computer into a realistic picture. Both the spyshot and the computer generated impression confirm what we expected before, the Porsche 998 will succeed its predecessor the Porsche 997 with only minor optical and aerodynamic tweaks. |

Porsche Boxster

Porsche Boxster Porsche is already working on the next generation all-new Porsche Boxster, which will probably make its debut at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. The next Boxster will reportedly feature all-new sheetmetal with sources saying not a single body panel will remain untouched. Besides improvements to the car's mechanicals, Porsche is taking weight saving measures as well. If Porsche can decrease the Boxster's curb weight enough, it will likely use a smaller turbocharged four-cylinder (probably with direct injection) to power the car. Though still likely to offer more than 200 hp, a smaller powerplant would enable Porsche to meet more stringent emissions and fuel economy regulations while maintaining the mid-engine sports car's performance and world renowned handling. |

Porsche GT3 Since the GT3 has always been one of my favourites of the 911 line, I'm glad to show the facelift of the Porsche 911 (997) GT3. The Porsche GT3 now takes as well all the facelifted elements on the 997 facelift. The photo taken from the front reveal nice LED lights as well as its sporty looks. Falt-six engine produces up to 415 HP, and gives the GT3 a top speed of well over 310 km/h. |

Porsche Cayenne

New Cayenne model? What this spyshot shows us might be a new and smaller Porsche Cayenne model. We aren't sure at all if this is really a Porsche, and even less sure if this is a smaller Porsche Cayenne model. But lets consider these facts and sum up what could be true: Porsche will introduce a diesel engine anyway on the Cayenne and the new Panamera, and we all know this 3.0 liter diesel engine comes from Audi. Porsche AG wants to be major shareholder in Volkswagen, nothing stops them to do so. German car maker Audi is part of the Volkwagen AG Group as well, and they recently introduced the new Audi Q5, a smaller version of their Audi Q7. Then why shouldn't Porsche use the Q5 chassis, and build their own smaller Cayenne? |
