Porsche Cayman We already reported about the expected facelift for the Porsche Cayman a few days ago. Included in the article are five shots taken from the new Cayman caught on the German streets near Lübeck city. As already stated before, the facelift is expected to reach the market at the end of 2008. But after looking at the photos, we might well expect the facelift to arrive even earlier as Porsche seems to be in a late stage already. |

The long awaited Cayman model line is almost there! While I am still wondering if it will be a good move to derive a coupe version of the Boxster, make a 3,4 liter engine for it with a max output of 295 bhp and raise the price tag, it still doesn't convince me chosing it over a cabrio Boxster. Anyway, here are eight more spyshots. |

As we have announced previously, Porsche will release a new model called the Porsche Cayman S to fill the segment between the Boxster S and the 911 Carrera. It will fill that segment in both performance and price. The Cayman S will be based on the Boxster platform. It will use a 3.4L 6 cylinder boxer engine which produces 295 bhp. Like the Boxster S, the Cayman S will have a mid-engine layout, with the engine just fore of the rear axles. |
